Fasadex Designs was tasked with taking this centerpiece of Tuscan Village from vision to reality.
Fasadex installed Dryvit Backstop AVB system over the entire exterior wall surface.
Fasadex then installed Dryvit’s Outsaltion plus MD eifs system onto the Hotel portion with multiple size faux columns and custom foam arches. The finish on the exterior needed to resemble the variations that occur in stone, Dryvits Lymestone Finish with a Tuscan glaze topcoat was used to achieve the owners desired look.
On the Condominium side of the Building Fasadex utilized Dryvits CCP stucco system with crack defense option and the same finishes so the buildings final appearance would be completely uniform.
Fasadex also installed all the Exterior Sealants using tremco spectrum 3.
The Artisan at Tuscan Village is now a true centerpiece to this amazing complex.
