Scope performed Included installing Tremco Secure rock 430 AVB system over Prefabricated wood wall panels
We then installed Dyvit EIFS system over 4” eps and Sadpebble fine finishes
Dryvit New brick system was installed on the majority of the building with 2 brick colors
To keep a single source Warranty, Fasadex Installed Tremco spectrum 3 sealants at all windows, doors and penetrations.
Fasadex was able to obtain a 20 yr warranty on the EIFS and a 25 yr Warranty on the New Brick system
